Print Order FAQ
When will my print arrive?
Orders are processed within two business days; you should receive your order within two weeks of placing your order.
What kind of paper is used?
I use Kodak Endura photo paper, most prints are printed on their Metallic paper which gives a sense of depth to the photo -- the highlights shine depending on how light hits the paper. I have examined many papers and print companies and only use the best. I'm confident you will agree that my photography looks incomparibly better in print. Dark prints use a Lustre paper (as metallic appears shiney on these prints).
Can I buy the JPG and print the photo myself?
No, I cannot do this. Several reasons: misuse of photos and I insist on using my printer to ensure quality.
Why are your prices significantly lower than other photographers?
Because my prices are fair. I handle the order system, there is no processing company or middle-man, this lowers my costs -- I pass the savings on to you. I enjoy having my work displayed around the world; my prices reflect my effort to make my work available to everyone at a fair price.
What if there's something wrong with my order?
If there is ANY problem, contact me. In the event of a processing error (ie. sending wrong print) keep what you received and I'll re-ship, no charge. If you received your print and for any reason do not like it, contact me within 30days for a return and I'll refund the print price.
How do I know my order's been received?
You will receive a personal confirmation from me (no computer-generated emails here) within two business days stating your order has been processed. By using PayPal you immediately have buyer protection and your financial information is protected.
I don't have a PayPal account, can I pay via money order?
If you want to pay via money order, please contact me with your order info and I'll give you my mailing address.
I'm in Canada, why are your prices in USD?
I sell my work world-wide; instead of having multiple exchanges, ie. CAD/USD/EUR, I sell my work in USD as it is globally recognized. I do accept payment in Canadian dollars via money order using the exchange rate provided by xe.com.
